The last few days. Have been, extremely cold! Our thermostat read 54 inside and 12 outside. I didn’t know who to call. The service was. Carrier product so I called Carrier. They came that very day to assess what was wrong. The two men that came and said there was damages that I didn’t understand and they would be able to install a new heater. I was thrilled! They came a day later and worked with clothes so they mess wouldn’t damage anything!!! I will only deal with honest Company And I was so satisfied that I enrolled in the service for all and anything that might come up Thank you Irene B

Thank you for not price gouging me. I'm new to Hamilton Township and I almost went with the estimate from another competitor that goes by the initial PG. They try to charge me $800 for unnecessary work on my boiler. I wish I would have called you guys for the first initial work done on my boiler. I'm sure you guys would have given me a better price. An amazing company! They installed two systems in my house about two years ago. The team was professional, and the installation was clean. I needed service today, and although we were just 2-3 weeks out of warranty, the team came and checked the system at no charge to us. Thank you, Scott! I appreciate a company that values long-term relationships with their customers. It did not go unnoticed.

I purchased a new home that was a flip and since I walked in the door have had nothing but problems with the HVAC. In a matter of months I have called SG Heating & Air a handful of times. During the hottest two weeks of the summer we were without AC. Scott's team at SG Heating and Air provided me with window AC units to keep my house cool while they resolved my issues. Next I was having issues with humidity causing the air ducts to drip water in my laundry room due to an improper install by the house flipper. Scott's team once again fixed my issue and installed a dehumidifier in my crawl space. Next the fan in my furnace was rubbing against an electrical wire and severed the wire cutting power to the furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. I called Scott's emergency line and he sent someone out at 11pm and I had heat within the hour. My most recent issue was on the coldest day of the year when the drain line for my condensate pump (which was installed incorrectly by the home flipper) froze where it drained outside. Once the line froze the pump automatically turns off the furnace. I called Scott's emergency line late at night and Scott himself called me back. He did not have anyone available due to the extreme cold with numerous customers needing attention. Instead of leaving me and my family freezing in the cold Scott talked me through step by step how to temporarily fix the issue myself so my heat would click back on until he could send someone out the next day to complete the repair. I crawled into my crawl space with Scott on speaker phone and Scott step by step instructed me how to cut the power to the pump, cut the drain line with a knife to bypass the frozen line outside, and set up the pump to drain into a bucket in my crawl space. Once the line was cut and draining into the bucket the furnace turned back on and we once again had heat for the night. Every step of the way Scott has come to my rescue to fix the issues the home flipper unfortunately left for me. Scott is the type of person who gives you hope that not there are still honest and respectable contractors out there. I will never use another Heating and Air contractor other than SG Heating & Air.

All I can say is Honest. They got my furnace up and running. Went out of their way to find the part I needed. Informed me that the part was still under warranty. Saved me money. Thanks SG.

Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable

We had our central heater, air conditioner, and water heater replaced. The work was carried out efficiently and everything is working well. In addition they resolved a problem that we had with uneven heating in some rooms in our house.

I called because my heat went out and they sent someone the next morning. Brandon was so polite and he works very well. He is very knowledgeable of what he is doing and was very informative. Thank you for your service. I highly recommend SG Heating & Air Conditioning
